Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every buyer, publisher, and visitor. Violation is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeit of pending payouts.

Prohibited on the platform

Illegal or harmful content — anything unlawful in the jurisdictions where the site is accessed, including child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, non-consensual intimate imagery, and human trafficking.

Malicious content — malware, phishing, exploit kits, credential harvesters, or links to any of the above.

Deceptive links and manipulation — cloaking, sneaky redirects, hidden text, doorway pages, link farms, PBNs disguised as editorial sites, and any scheme that violates search engine webmaster guidelines and puts a buyer's site at risk.

Fraud and impersonation — fake site metrics, spoofed analytics, impersonating another site or brand, or misrepresenting ownership.

Harassment and hate — content that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence against people based on protected characteristics.

Regulated industries without authorization — see Prohibited Content and Industries for the current list (adult, gambling, prescription pharma, weapons, crypto without disclosure, etc.).

Off-platform circumvention — soliciting or accepting payment for orders originated on the platform through channels that avoid our fee or escrow. See the Off-Platform Payment Policy.

Abuse of the platform itself — scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service, rate-limit evasion, sockpuppet accounts, review manipulation, or reverse engineering.

Content and link standards for publishers

• Placements must be published on the exact domain and URL agreed at checkout.
• Anchor text and target URL must match the approved brief.
• No noindex on the article, no nofollow on the target link unless the buyer explicitly agreed, and no removal within the guarantee window.
• Sponsored content must be disclosed in line with FTC guidance and local law. See Paid Placement and Disclosure Policy.

Content standards for buyers

• Content must be original or properly licensed.
• No defamation, no unverified claims about third parties, no scraped or AI-spun garbage that would embarrass the publisher.
• Target URLs must comply with Prohibited Content.

Reporting

Report violations to abuse@[your-domain] with the URL, order ID (if applicable), and a short description. We aim to acknowledge within two business days.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn, hide listings, cancel orders, withhold payouts, ban the user, and, where the law requires it, report to authorities.
